Order Processing

We strive to fulfill your orders as soon as you place them. In most cases, your order will be dispatched within 3–6 business days. Our business days are Monday through Friday.

Shipping Time

For most serviceable pin codes, we aim to deliver within 7–9 business days.

Delivery Issues

We partner with third-party courier services to ship our orders. If you experience any issues with the delivery of your order, you must notify us WITHIN 2 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY. Wear Krono will not be liable for any issues raised after this 2-day period or if the courier partner refuses to investigate the claim.
