RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
No Return Policy
Wear Krono follows a strict NO RETURN policy. All sales are final. We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges if you have received the correct item as per your original order placement.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
If you receive an item that is misprinted, defective, or damaged upon delivery, we will replace it at no additional cost.

Reporting Window: You must raise a replacement request within 2 days of delivery.

How to Request: Send clear photos/videos of the product, original packaging, shipping label, and customer details visible to wearkrono@gmail.com.

Process: Once verified by our support team, a replacement or exchange will be initiated. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be processed back to the original payment method.
Size Exchanges
We strongly recommend checking our Size Chart available on each product page before placing your order to ensure the best fit. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size:

Size exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Customers are required to bear the two-way shipping charges incurred for size exchange logistics.
CANCELLATIONS

Before Processing: If we receive a cancellation request before your order has been processed/printed, we will cancel the order immediately. The refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Processing Fee: A fee of ₹100 will be deducted for all order cancellations.

After Printing/Dispatch: If the product has already been printed or dispatched, we cannot approve the cancellation request, and the order will follow standard delivery.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: No cancellations are allowed once the product has been dispatched via our delivery partner.

Cancellation by Wear Krono: Under certain unavoidable circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order at our sole discretion. In such cases, the customer will be notified via email, and prepaid orders will be fully refunded to the original payment method.
